When and how do I get my order?
In most cases, your gift certificate will be available to print immediately following your purchase. A link will appear on the order confirmation page and in an order confirmation email to your account email address. Occasionally, some deals may use redemption codes or gift cards provided by the advertiser. In these cases, your purchase may be delivered via email (from bigdeals@wwaytv3.com), by mail, or there may be an option to pick up your order at the station. These special circumstances will be noted on the offer’s product page.
Do I have to print out the certificate?
No, certificates can be printed, or displayed on a mobile device. Download the Big Deals mobile app to easily keep track of your account and certificates..
Can I re-print a certificate?
Print at home certificates can be reprinted when needed. HOWEVER, while a certificate can be printed more than once, it may be redeemed only one time. Certificates are tracked when they are redeemed. Attempted repeated use of a gift certificate or other fraudulent behavior is against our terms of service and may result in closure of your account.
What is WWAY Big Deals?
Simply put, Big Deals is a way for you to save money on items or services while supporting great local businesses. We offer goods and services in the local market at a deep discount. All you have to do is buy a gift certificate through the Big Deals site and save!
Can certificates be used towards a tip/gratuity?
No, you should still tip an appropriate amount for the service provided. There is no cash value to any unused portion of a certificate that could be applied to a tip.
Can the certificate be used towards the alcohol portion of my bill at a restaurant?
Yes. The certificate is the item being sold to you at a discount, so no discount is being made on the alcohol itself.
When does my gift certificate expire?
There are no expiration dates on our Big Deals certificates, unless otherwise noted..
Can I just call and place the order over the phone?
No, all Big Deals orders must be placed and processed online.
How is my information protected?
We use a secure server and encryption software to keep your payment card information safe and secure. We will not give or sell your personal information to third parties. We may from time to time send you information about Big Deals store specials or new deals. If you do not want these updates, you can unsubscribe at any time or update your communication preferences in your account settings.
Can I use more than one certificate at a time?
Yes! You can use multiple certificates in one transaction unless specific restrictions are noted on the offer.
What happens if I don't use my entire gift certificate amount?
Please use your gift certificate in one visit. Businesses do not give change or credit for unused gift certificate values.
What does "temporarily out of stock" mean compared to "sold out"?
Some items are limited by the business to only sell a certain number of certificates per month. "temporarily out of stock" would mean that this item has reached its sell limit for that month and will most likely be available again the following month. "Sold out" means the item is completely gone and may or may not be replenished again.
What happens if I try to use my certificates and they are rejected at the place of business?
If your Big Deals certificates are rejected either because of a conflicting promotion or discount, or because it is unrecognized by the employee, please contact us immediately at bigdeals@wwaytv3.com. We will work to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as soon as possible. Be sure to verify you are at the correct business location and abide by any restrictions listed on the certificate.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Once a transaction is made, there will be no refunds, so be certain of your purchase before you buy.
What happens if my certificates are lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Please treat them like cash.
What do I do if I have an unused gift certificate to a business that has closed?
When a business closes, we will provide store credit for up to 90 days after the closure. Email bigdeals@wwaytv3.com with your name, account email address and the name of the business. Once verified, we will issue store credit for use towards a future, in-stock purchase.
Each transaction to purchase a gift certificate through the site represents a transaction between the buyer and the participating merchant. We are happy to act as an intermediary if service is denied or unavailable for any reason other than business closure beyond 90 days.
